Tracking their "Value-Chain ESG" footprint across hundreds of upstream and downstream vendors was a logistical nightmare. They required a structured, secure, and user-friendly platform to ingest, validate, and publish carbon footprint and social governance metrics.
Approach
Bear Systems architected a centralized ESG intelligence dashboard leveraging a Headless CMS (DatoCMS) backend. We designed dynamic, structured database schemas specifically modeled around BRSR Core requirements. We deployed automated form pipelines that allow localized site managers and third-party vendors to input raw consumption data securely. The platform instantly calculates and visualizes the company's Net Zero Decarbonization Roadmap.
