Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
Statutory disclosures governing digital deliverable handovers, constructive electronic completion, service provisioning timelines, and cloud infrastructure SLA boundaries for RUGABA RAAMATU KYNIGOS SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (operating commercially as Bear Systems).
1. PURE DIGITAL INTANGIBILITY & ZERO PHYSICAL FREIGHT
1.1 Pure Digital Scope: RUGABA RAAMATU KYNIGOS SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Bear Systems", "Company", "We", "Us") is a pure-play digital enterprise software, AI engineering, ERP deployment, and strategic consulting corporation.
2. ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION PROTOCOL & CONSTRUCTIVE DELIVERY
Pursuant to Section 13 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), delivery of digital services is legally deemed completed ("Constructive Delivery") upon any of the following electronic events:
- 2.1 API Tokens & Credentials: Electronic transmission of API keys, administrative access credentials, or tenant tokens from an official `@bearsystems.in` email address;
- 2.2 Repository Handovers: Provisioning access or transferring ownership to private Git repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) containing SOW source code;
- 2.3 Cloud Tenant Activation: Provisioning and deployment of dedicated virtual private servers (VPS) or cloud endpoints;
- 2.4 Digital Artifact Dispatch: Email transmission of technical audit reports, architectural blueprints, or milestone sign-off documentation.
3. STANDARD PROVISIONING TIMELINES & SLA BOUNDARIES
Upon invoice settlement via Cashfree Payments India Private Limited:
- Client Portal & Discovery Credentials: Provisioned electronically within 24 to 48 business hours;
- Bespoke Software Deliverables: Provisioned strictly in accordance with milestone schedules in the active Statement of Work (SOW);
- SaaS Accounts & API Access: Provisioned electronically within 1 to 3 business days from cleared funds receipt.
4. MANDATORY 48-HOUR INSPECTION WINDOW & DEEMED LEGAL ACCEPTANCE
Client is granted a strict 48-hour inspection period following electronic handover to review for technical non-conformities against agreed SOW specifications.
5. THIRD-PARTY CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE & FORCE MAJEURE EXCLUSION
RUGABA RAAMATU KYNIGOS SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held liable for delivery delays or service interruptions caused by third-party cloud outages (AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloudflare), ISP undersea cable latency, satellite orbital blackouts, national firewall blocks, or acts of God.
6. RBI COMPLIANCE & CASHFREE MERCHANT DISCLOSURES
