Requirements

  • Five or more years in management consulting, strategy, or operations advisory
  • Track record delivering engagements that changed a client outcome, not just a deck
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and junior team members at once

Nice to have

  • Sector expertise in manufacturing, defence, real estate, or enterprise software
  • MBA from a top-tier programme
