The role

Build and run the quality management system: inspection standards, non-conformance handling, supplier quality, and continuous improvement.

You are the last line of defence between a production issue and a client or field failure.

Requirements

  • Six or more years in quality assurance or quality management, manufacturing preferred
  • Experience implementing or running a QMS (ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar)
  • Comfortable holding the line on standards under production pressure

Nice to have

  • Aerospace, defence, or electronics QA experience
  • AS9100 or defence-standard QMS experience
