The role

Supervise daily production: shift planning, output tracking, and quality gates on the manufacturing floor.

You are the person who keeps a build on schedule and flags problems before they become late deliveries.

Requirements

  • Three or more years supervising production or assembly operations
  • Comfortable reading build schedules and managing a shop-floor team
  • Working knowledge of quality control and production documentation

  • Electronics, aerospace, or precision-manufacturing experience
