The role

Develop and refine manufacturing processes, fixtures, and work instructions for hardware production lines.

You troubleshoot production issues at the process level, not just the part level.

Requirements

  • Three or more years in manufacturing or process engineering
  • Experience with DFM/DFA principles and production tooling
  • Comfortable working directly with design engineers to resolve manufacturability issues

Nice to have

  • Electronics or composite manufacturing experience
  • Lean/Six Sigma exposure
