The role

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, and advise leadership on legal risk across engineering, manufacturing, and services lines.

Requirements

  • Five or more years post-qualification experience as in-house or law-firm counsel
  • Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable advising across multiple, fast-changing business lines

Nice to have

  • Defence, manufacturing, or real estate sector legal experience
  • Regulatory or government-contracting experience

Education

Bachelor's in Law (LLB); enrolled with the Bar Council of India
