The role

Lead manufacturing strategy, capacity planning, and execution across our UAV and hardware production lines.

You are accountable for output, quality, and cost — and for building the team and systems that let production scale.

Requirements

  • Ten or more years in manufacturing leadership, hardware or electronics preferred
  • Track record scaling a production operation while holding quality standards
  • Comfortable owning budget and headcount decisions

Nice to have

  • Aerospace, defence, or precision-electronics manufacturing background
