The role

Lead legal strategy, risk management, and compliance across engineering, manufacturing, real estate, and government-facing business lines.

You report to the founders and are the final word on legal risk before it becomes a company problem.

Requirements

  • Twelve or more years in legal leadership, in-house or law-firm partner track
  • Track record advising a diversified or multi-entity business
  • Comfortable operating close to the founders on high-stakes decisions

Nice to have

  • Government contracting, defence, or regulated-industry legal experience
