The role

Manage data protection compliance (DPDP Act and client contractual requirements) across candidate data, client data, and internal systems.

Requirements

  • Five or more years in data protection, privacy, or information governance
  • Working knowledge of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and relevant frameworks
  • Comfortable partnering with engineering and legal on practical compliance

Nice to have

  • ISO 27701 or CIPP certification
  • Experience in a company handling large volumes of personal data
