Requirements

  • Fifteen or more years in engineering leadership, with CTO or VP Engineering experience
  • Track record scaling engineering organisations through fast headcount growth
  • Comfortable operating across software, hardware, and deep-tech domains at once

Nice to have

  • Defence, aerospace, or regulated-industry engineering leadership experience
