You build the operating rhythm and systems a fast-growing, multi-line business needs to stay predictable under scale.

Requirements

  • Fifteen or more years in operations leadership, with experience spanning manufacturing and services
  • Track record scaling operations across multiple business lines at once
  • Comfortable owning P&L-level decisions and building teams underneath you

Nice to have

  • Hardware manufacturing and services/consulting operations experience together
  • Defence, aerospace, or industrial sector background
